Deposit:

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a party to reserve the date and time.  As an accommodation to you BSA shall allow you to reschedule the event one time without any penalty, provided that the new date is requested at least 7 days in advance and is available. If a party is rescheduled for a second time there will be a $50.00 fee.

Gratuity:

For parties of 20 or more, a 15% gratuity of the total bill will be added for the party host/hostess.  Additional gratuity for parties of less than 20 children is at the customer’s discretion the day of the party.

Payments:

Gift Certificates, Coupons or any other special offer must be presented to the hostess at the beginning of the party. Total payment is required at the conclusion of the party.

Any offers and/or coupons must be presented prior to final billing.
